Established in 2024
We are Thom and Michelle. Thom is a retired Command Master Chief from the Navy, having served 5 tours over 30 years. He excelled in leadership and in mentoring sailors. He is also an avid youth sports coach with an excellent track record developing winning teams. Michelle has over 25 years combined experience in consulting with business owners, managing stakeholder expectations, implementing process improvements, and leading a global team of program managers for new product development in the Aerospace industry. She also competes as a non pro in reining horse competitions, primarily on the West Coast.
What does a Navy veteran and an Aerospace executive have to offer the horse community? We are passionate about improving team performance, communication with stakeholders, and share a love of horses. We believe that there is an immense opportunity to improve the way in which trainers and competitors work together, providing coach/athlete feedback that would help all have an even better experience, centered around the all-important hard-working horse.
